Today

Hi. Today my mom and I did homeschool. I learned about a guy named Rowland Bingham who went to Africa a long time ago and told people about God's love. He had to work hard to get there. He had to make three trips before he could stay there.

And then, we did a craft. I am going to put a picture up. The craft is making flowers of paint and wire. It is not dry. I have to wait two whole days (man that's a long time) for them to dry! Maybe that's not a long time for you, but it is for me.



Today I wrote a six chapter book. I'm a really fast writer. My mom wants to know why it's taking her almost three years for her book. Maybe it's because she types it on the computer. I write it with pencil and paper, so I am really fast.

My snow girl now looks like an ice cream cone.



Guess what?! I know this is random but I'm going to put a picture of my finger. It is pretty.



I'm going to put a picture of an ape I made at school.



And, I'm going to put a picture of my horse that I made named "Copper". I don't actually have a real horse. I want a real horse.

Research Assistant

Hi. Today I helped my mom. She called me her research assistant. What that meant was we went to the mall, which we called the 'mercantile' (because we were pretending we were Laura Ingalls Wilder and Ma today). She wanted to go to a store called Anthropologie to study their jewelry and get inspired for new ideas for her own jewelry. I did not like that. I had to go in there 3 times. I got really bored.

After that we went in a whole bunch of stores. And after that, I went and saw the most adorable dogs in the pet store. I wanted to keep all those dogs. They were so, so adorable! It made me really sad they are all alone there in the store.

And, after that, we met our friend, Gina, and she bought me a Noah's Ark puzzle. I'm working on the edge of the puzzle right now. We played birthday party at Pottery Barn Kids and I served cake and donuts.

I know this is random but I am going to put a picture of my dad and Drew working out in our dining room, doing Shred. My mommy dared them. They were working for beer and Cheetos. They needed to work out because they were getting chubby.



I know this is random but I am going to put a picture of me on my mom's radio show. I was their guest Thursday. I talked to my pen pal's mom, Carly, on the radio show. She talked Australian. (Can you hear my accent?)



Tonight my mom is making butternut squash soup for dinner. I don't like it. I think it's disgusting. But I love the rest of my mom's food. Kind of.

Today I got 3 joke books from the library. I went to an art gallery with my mom. We stayed for 15 minutes.



Then I got home and played with Kaya, my american girl doll. My mom did her hair really nice.


I got to spend time with my dad. I played computer games on the computer. I love home, don't you?

One day, there was a woman laying int he hospital. She saw Jesus appear to her side and she said, "why am I dying" and he said, "you have 30 more years to live." So she decided to make the best out of it and she got hair transplant, makeup done, plastic surgery. When she was walking out of the hospital, she got hit by an ambulance. In heaven, she said to Jesus, "I thought I had 30 more years to live." And Jesus says, "I didn't recognize you."

There were 6 cows. One was named Daisey, one was named Sunflower and one was name Brick. One day Daisey asked her mother, "why did you name me Daisey." Her mother said, "because a daisey landed on your head when you were born."

The next day Sunflower asked her mother, "why did you name me Sunflower." Her mother said, "because a sunflower landed on your head when you were born."

And Brick says, "duuuuhhhhh."

hi, i am Emily. today me and my mom and dad played in the snow. We made a snow girl. it snowed yesterday for a long time. I'm on fall break.



I have 3 weeks off of school.
