Guess what?

I was an Egyptian for Halloween. I was Moses' mom, the one that took him out of the river when he was a baby.

I am going to put a picture of my costume.

Yesterday, me and my dad went to the museum. I got, you know, I can't think of the name...geodes. I love the museum! We saw everything! Except one exhibit...they wouldn't let us in. They made people pay extra just to see it, an extra twenty bucks, so my dad said it would take a lot of money to go in, soooo, I decided not to go. I was really bummed, but, my dad said we shouldn't go, so we didn't. It was super fun! You should go to the museum.

Oh, and then the day before that, me and my mom went to the Castle Rock Museum. It's really tiny. It used to be a train depot. There were fake potatoes made out of nylons. That was super duper weird.

I know this is random, but my dad is going to Home Depot right now.

Also, I'm going to put a picture of my grampa doing a silly face. He's really funny! We wrestle together. I like to hide the remote control from him. He's coming soon and I can't wait to play with him!

Oh, just so you know, um, I'm not typing. My mom is. She just said that I'm dictating, whatever that means.

Okay, I'm going to tell two jokes:
Q: What did the boy octopus say to the yellow girl octopus?
A: Yellow.

Q: After telling a joke, what did the one duck say to the other duck?

A: Why aren't you quacking up?

Love, Emily
Bye!

  2. Your costume was beautiful! You make a very pretty eqyptian. My kids love it when we go to visit their grandparents too. Grandparents are the best!!! Have fun with your grandpa and try not to hide the remote so well that you forget where you put it at!!! Have a great week!!!! Blessings from South Dakota!
